Is Twitter useful for non-profit organizations and small businesses? We think so. Sure, you can use Twitter to tell people you are eating your third donut of the morning, but it also has practical applications. You can use it to broadcast information about events, publications, news. You can also keep your Twitter feed "fresh" and accurate by pulling in RSS feeds.
