LinkedIn is a networking tool for professionals. In some ways you can think of it as the professional's version of Facebook. It allows you to post information about your career, join professional groups, and link with colleagues and others with shared professional interests. LinkedIn also has several widgets that you can use to connect your organization's website to LinkedIn data.

For example, the following "Company Insider" widget allows you to post (in various formats), the number of people in a given company that have LinkedIn accounts. In this case, we can see how many people at Mozilla and have LinkedIn accounts:

Another useful widget is the "Share on LinkedIn" link. If you post this widget on your page, you can allow people to easily share your content with their LinkedIn connections, groups, networks: Share on LinkedIn
