Choice and Change: A Footsteps Convening

Choice and Change: A Footsteps Convening, a gathering of international activists, academics, practitioners, artists, and the wider Footsteps community to examine the past, present, and future of the ever-widening circle of those leaving ultra-Orthodoxy. This convening is the first of its kind for Footsteps and will take place at Hunter College in New York City from Saturday night through Sunday, January 25-26, 2020.

Footsteps is proud to mobilize and advance the interests of formerly ultra-Orthodox people in the United States and abroad. As we amplify the concerns and experiences of formerly ultra-Orthodox individuals, we work to create lasting change for those who are faced with all of the challenges and triumphs of leaving their communities of origin.

Join us in marking the achievements of the last 15 years of Footsteps as we invest in the future of this powerful movement.
